What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, your phone number or WhatsApp number, an optional email address, and whatever you tell us about the home you are furnishing.

This site does not ask for payment details, because no payment is taken here.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange delivery. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form relay, which passes the message on by email and does not retain it for its own purposes.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as ours.

Analytics

We measure page views and which contact buttons are used, in aggregate, so we know which parts of the site are useful. No advertising profile is built from it.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing hello@furnexa.living and we will remove it from our records.
