Areas
Where we work in Dubai
We deliver and install across the whole city. These pages cover the practical part — what the homes are like, and how a delivery crew actually gets into the building.
Dubai Marina
Towers, tight lifts and long thin living rooms
Marina apartments are tall-building stock: generous glazing, narrow floor plates, and living rooms that are longer than they are wide. Furniture that works in a villa showroom often does not work here.
Jumeirah Village Circle
More square metres per dirham than almost anywhere
JVC gives you noticeably more floor area for the money than the waterfront districts, which changes what makes sense to buy: rooms here can usually take a full corner sofa and a proper dining table rather than apartment-scale pieces.
Business Bay
Studios and one-beds, often furnished to let
A large share of Business Bay stock is bought to rent out, which changes the brief: the question is usually what furnishes a unit well at a controlled cost and survives tenant turnover, not what someone wants to live with for a decade.
Downtown Dubai
Premium towers with the strictest building rules
Downtown buildings are among the most tightly managed in the city. The furniture decisions are rarely the hard part here — the programme and the permissions are.
Palm Jumeirah
Villas, penthouses and a lot of glare
Two very different jobs live on the Palm: the shoreline apartments and the frond villas. Both share one practical problem that shapes the specification — sun. West-facing glazing here fades fabric and heats rooms harder than almost anywhere else in the city.
Jumeirah Lakes Towers
Towers around the lakes, with real variety cluster to cluster
JLT is less uniform than it looks from Sheikh Zayed Road. Layouts, finish levels and building management vary a lot between clusters, so what worked in one tower is not a safe assumption for the next.
Arabian Ranches
Family villas with gardens that need furnishing too
Villa communities change the shape of the job. There is more room, more storage to build, and an outdoor space that most families want handled in the same order as the inside.
Dubai Hills Estate
New handovers, empty and all at once
Much of Dubai Hills is recent handover stock, which means whole buildings and streets are furnishing at the same time. Practically, that means booking early: it is the one area where lead time, not choice, is usually the constraint.
Al Barsha
Established, mixed, and mostly straightforward to deliver to
Al Barsha is older, mixed stock — villas alongside low and mid-rise apartments. Rooms tend to be more compartmented than in new-build districts, which suits separate formal seating and a proper dining room.
Mirdif
Family houses, long-term residents, whole-home orders
Mirdif skews towards families who stay put, and the orders reflect that: fewer single pieces, more whole-home packages and built-in joinery meant to last rather than to see out a two-year lease.
Not on the list?
These are the areas we work in most, not the limit. Delivery and installation are included anywhere in Dubai, and we quote Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi separately.
