Furniture & fit-out in Dubai Marina
Towers, tight lifts and long thin living rooms
Marina apartments are tall-building stock: generous glazing, narrow floor plates, and living rooms that are longer than they are wide. Furniture that works in a villa showroom often does not work here.
The homes here
Mostly studios through three-bedroom apartments across the tower rows, with a smaller number of larger units on the higher floors. Ceiling heights are standard, and most units have a balcony that is deeper than people expect.
Delivery and access
Nearly every Marina tower requires an NOC from building management and a booked service lift, usually outside peak hours. We handle both submissions. Corner sofas frequently have to be delivered in modules because the service lift, not the front door, is the constraint — worth checking before you choose a one-piece frame.
