Fit-out is priced by area, condition and finish, so we do not publish a rate that would be wrong for your place. The survey is free and the written quote is fixed.

Gypsum Work — common questions
Will a gypsum partition block sound?
A standard partition will not. Acoustic performance comes from insulation in the cavity, staggered studs and sealed edges — worth specifying if you are dividing a bedroom or a home office.
Can I hang a TV on a gypsum wall?
Only if we install noggins or a ply backing board behind the plasterboard first. Tell us what is going on the wall before we close it up and it costs nothing to add.
Is board suitable for bathrooms?
Moisture-resistant board is, and that is what we use in wet areas. Standard board in a bathroom will fail, so this is not a place to accept a cheaper quote.
